Simon Kutchaw was born in Newburgh, Ontario. With both parents working in the service industry, Simon cultivated culinary interests from a young age. He recieved vocational training in Vietnemese cuisine before obtaining his Culinary Arts Diploma at The Culinary Institute of Canada at Holland College in 2014. Simon now lives and works in Halifax, NS where he enjoys and practices viticulture, crafting artisinal bread, smoking meats, and foraging. Simon provides valuable instruction for your personal improvement. With workshops starting from knife sharpening and skills to preparation, individuals or small groups can move from beginner to pro.
